Very positive experience starting from my first visit when they fixed a problem with my old hearing aides to get me by until I could get back for new hearing test and then the wait period for the new aides to come in. Dr. Schick has been very through in getting the proper settings on my new aides setup. My follow up care has been excellent. Their prices are very competitive would recommend Longhorn Hearing to anyone needing to get hearing aides for the first time or to replace existing ones.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The audiologist, Sandy Schick was friendly, informative and took her time explaining what was going to happen and then the results. She explained the differences (pros and cons) in the options of hearing aids I had to select from without trying to "sell me" a particular one. I very much appreciated that. The cost was very reasonable.
